Job Summary

A company is looking for a SE Enablement Lead to empower and equip their internal pre-sales engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement enablement programs for technical product knowledge and sales skills
  • Create and maintain training materials and sales tools for pre-sales engineers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate product updates and market insights into enablement programs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales enablement within an identity technology company
  • Deep understanding of the pre-sales engineering role and technology sales cycle
  • Proven track record of developing successful sales enablement programs
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and learning management systems
