Job Summary
A company is looking for a SE Enablement Lead to empower and equip their internal pre-sales engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enablement programs for technical product knowledge and sales skills
- Create and maintain training materials and sales tools for pre-sales engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate product updates and market insights into enablement programs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales enablement within an identity technology company
- Deep understanding of the pre-sales engineering role and technology sales cycle
- Proven track record of developing successful sales enablement programs
- Experience with sales enablement tools and learning management systems
