Job Summary

A company is looking for a RVP, Sales - Tableau (Federal).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Account Executives, participating in client and prospect meetings
  • Recruit, hire, and train new team members while mentoring direct reports on sales strategies
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management, while monitoring team performance and demand generation activities

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales leadership experience managing a team of seven or more quota-carrying salespeople
  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record in leading Account Executives and creating successful teams
  • Experience in consultative selling and strong business acumen
  • Prior experience in the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space
