Job Summary
A company is looking for a RVP, Sales - Tableau (Federal).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Account Executives, participating in client and prospect meetings
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members while mentoring direct reports on sales strategies
- Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management, while monitoring team performance and demand generation activities
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of sales leadership experience managing a team of seven or more quota-carrying salespeople
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
- Proven track record in leading Account Executives and creating successful teams
- Experience in consultative selling and strong business acumen
- Prior experience in the Software/Infrastructure/Platform (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) space
