Sales Manager - Commercial Accounts

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sales - Commercial Accounts, North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure deals ranging from $100k-$500k for Commercial customers and manage sales to non-ICP and SMB
• Identify, recruit, hire, and coach Account Executives with a technical sales background
• Maintain accurate forecasting and Salesforce hygiene across the team

Required Qualifications

• Experience building and coaching successful sales teams in the commercial segment
• Proven history of selling technical software platforms to technical audiences
• Deep understanding of BPM, RPA, iPaaS, ETL/ELT, and related software categories
• Track record of recruiting and leading top-performing Account Executive teams
• Able to lead both net-new logo and expansion sales functions
