Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager - SMB Outbound Sales (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in outbound cold calling
• Drive daily outbound activity and ensure team meets or exceeds KPIs
• Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume environment
• Experience selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce CRM
• Proven success in a cold calling environment with a focus on quota achievement
• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a HS Diploma or GED
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a data-driven mindset
