Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Support Assistant to provide support to Cruise Consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill responsibilities of Cruise Consultants in their absence and provide detailed follow-up on activities
- Process quote requests and input transaction details into the reservation system, preparing leads for consultants
- Book cruise reservations and provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing issues as they arise
Required Qualifications
- 2-year travel industry experience required, preferably in the cruise market
- Knowledgeable in Cruise Line booking tools
- Competent with Excel, Word, and Zoom; able to learn new technology
- Friendly disposition with a willingness to exceed expectations
- Cruise Line or Travel Agency experience is a plus; travel school or college degree preferred
