Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound communications with real estate agents regarding technical issues and account inquiries
• Upsell memberships and provide product demonstrations to enhance customer value
• Maintain customer records and collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Experience in an Inside Sales or client Account Management role, preferably in Real Estate Services or Cloud-based Web Services
• Proven background in customer service, sales, and customer retention
• Familiarity with CRM systems or Ticketing Tracking systems
• A proactive approach to lead generation and meeting sales goals
• Ability to handle customer objections and escalations effectively
