Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Lead Sales Support Representative to provide guidance and operational sales support for the sales force.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate input documents to ensure sales transaction integrity and compliance
- Assist in resolving order processing and invoicing issues with customers and internal departments
- Create customer-ready quotations and maintain necessary documentation for order processing
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in a related field
- 4 years' experience in a related field, including Microsoft CRM and Microsoft Dynamics
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Various vendor certifications
