Sales Training Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Training Manager to lead training implementation and manage long-term system adoption for a new tool in the delivery business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage training materials, track progress, and align with stakeholders
• Conduct instructor-led training sessions and manage the implementation of course curriculum
• Gather feedback and review adoption metrics to support long-term tool adoption

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Program Manager, with a background in Agile methodologies preferred
• Experience training on systems, particularly SFDC, and with sales teams
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
