Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to connect business needs with technical solutions within their Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirements elicitation and analysis through interviews and workshops
- Design solutions by transforming business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
- Support testing, release management, and user training to ensure successful Salesforce implementations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- An active Secret security clearance
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- 3+ years of experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements within agile teams
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce release management processes and best practices
