Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Operations Manager, Scaled Ops.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and launch features and processes for internal teams and external partners
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and work with Salesforce Product/Engineering for solution design and deployment
- Manage operational tasks including data uploads/downloads and onboarding new users while balancing day-to-day operations with system improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Master's preferred
- 4+ years of experience in a technology or consulting environment
- Experience managing large cross-functional projects, particularly with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Hands-on experience with onboarding teams and providing technical support
- Proficiency in data manipulation and modeling in Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus
