Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Salesforce Solution Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of solution developers and oversee resource planning and goal setting
- Respond to urgent production environment requests and ensure timely delivery of solutions
- Guide and mentor team members while developing and supporting build automation and coding standards
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Sr Salesforce Developer or Architect
- 3+ years of experience managing a Salesforce development team
- 5+ years of experience with Git and Continuous Integration tools
- Salesforce certifications or comparable experience on the platform
- Extensive experience with SOAP/REST APIs and iPaaS platforms
