Job Summary
A company is looking for a DOE Salesforce Agent to provide technical support for the Department of Energy Salesforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front line technical support to remote users via calls, email, and online service requests
- Utilize technical skills and knowledgebase to analyze and diagnose customer issues
- Document issues and troubleshooting steps for escalation and review purposes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer service/support environment preferred
- Knowledge of IT support best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
