Job Summary

A company is looking for a DOE Salesforce Agent to provide technical support for the Department of Energy Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front line technical support to remote users via calls, email, and online service requests
  • Utilize technical skills and knowledgebase to analyze and diagnose customer issues
  • Document issues and troubleshooting steps for escalation and review purposes
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer service/support environment preferred
  • Knowledge of IT support best practices
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
