Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Product Owner, SAP NAMER.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SAP North America and RSITE Scrum teams to ensure compliance with tax and legislative changes
- Prioritize product backlogs and develop user stories to align with product strategy and maximize value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to communicate product vision and ensure successful product delivery
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience (20+ years) in HR/Payroll
- Certified Payroll Professional or equivalent preferred
- Product Ownership experience in an Agile environment
- In-depth knowledge of US and Canada Payroll legislation and its impact on payroll systems
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
