Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scheduling Account Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PM scheduling for accounts requiring special handling
- Research and collect administrative requests from customers and Field Service Management
- Collaborate with various teams to drive account business and ensure service levels
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Minimum five years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or account management in a technical support role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
- Proficient with advanced Excel and database tools (SAP, Salesforce) (preferred)
