Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Account Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage PM scheduling for accounts requiring special handling
  • Research and collect administrative requests from customers and Field Service Management
  • Collaborate with various teams to drive account business and ensure service levels
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Minimum five years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or account management in a technical support role
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
  • Proficient with advanced Excel and database tools (SAP, Salesforce) (preferred)
