Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to support Customer Success Managers by managing technician schedules and customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and scheduling
  • Assist in scheduling and fulfilling customer service needs for technicians
  • Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of service requests to optimize technician productivity
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in phone sales, scheduling, and/or dispatching
  • Availability for flexible hours, including weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with various technology platforms
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
