Job Summary
A company is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to support Customer Success Managers by managing technician schedules and customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and scheduling
- Assist in scheduling and fulfilling customer service needs for technicians
- Ensure accurate and timely scheduling of service requests to optimize technician productivity
Required Qualifications
- Experience in phone sales, scheduling, and/or dispatching
- Availability for flexible hours, including weekends as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with various technology platforms
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
