Scrum Master Certification Required

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master II to support product and software development teams as a servant leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate project coordination using agile methodologies to manage and deliver solutions while ensuring effective communication between teams
• Lead daily team meetings to track project progress, address roadblocks, and keep stakeholders informed on project status
• Organize demos and product/system testing, ensuring collaborative processes are followed and impediments are removed for the scrum team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
• Scrum Master Certification is required
• 4+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role
• Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban
• Proven experience as a servant leader with a track record of clearing impediments for teams
