Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master II - Digital Banking.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile ceremonies and coach teams on Scrum best practices to promote continuous improvement
• Identify and remove blockers, serving as the primary escalation point for team-level challenges
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlogs are prioritized and aligned with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of experience or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• Scrum Master Certification is required
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master for technology-driven teams
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles and Agile delivery frameworks
• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools
