SDET Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SDET Manager to oversee the design and execution of testing strategies and manage a team of QA engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the design and execution of manual test plans and automate test cases
• Support testing efforts for multiple projects and software releases, including various types of testing
• Define test strategies and plans, and ensure requirements are documented and testable

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2 years of experience as a Software Engineer in Test
• At least 1 year of experience developing test automation frameworks in Ruby, Capybara, Selenium
• Experience using CI/CD tools like Jenkins and CircleCI
• Experience managing a team of SDET engineers
