Job Summary
A company is looking for a SDR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attain 32 qualified meetings across the SDR team per month
- Manage the Sales Development team to meet inbound and outbound activity targets
- Deliver weekly trainings to the team and identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a SDR/BDR Manager in a quota carry sales position
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn SalesNav, and ZoomInfo
- Experience managing a front-line sales team
- Understanding of Outbound prospecting & Inbound Lead follow-up process
- Utilization of data and analytics to make informed decisions and measure performance
