Job Summary

A company is looking for a Launch Assistant for the IHP Climate Change program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in program preparation and implementation, including logistical support for workshops and site visits
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Launch Coordinator and Program Director
  • Collaborate with the Program Team to ensure a high-quality educational experience for students
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with two years of related work experience
  • Understanding of experiential education and youth empowerment pedagogies
  • Experience with international programs, event management, or youth programming
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and online project management tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently manage tasks and deadlines
