- Develop and execute a business plan to exceed yearly revenue goals
- Coach and mentor the sales team in sales strategies and career development

Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of software sales experience, particularly in retail or consulting
- Deep understanding of retail, eCommerce, and analytics
- Experience with consultative sales methodologies
- Proven negotiation and sales skills with C-level decision-makers
- Bachelor's degree required
