Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager - Commercial Lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business
- Direct daily activities and workflow of the account management team
- Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of account management experience or 7+ years in the insurance industry
- Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
- Required active licensing; professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
