Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Account Manager - Mid-Market.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and champions to drive sales
- Identify new expansion, upsell, and cross-sell business opportunities and manage the sales cycle
- Generate customer retention initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer success
Qualifications and Education:
- Proven success in building customer relationships and driving revenue outcomes
- Aptitude to form deep senior-level relationships across customer organizations
- Strong background in Account Management or related SaaS sales experience preferred
- Business fluency in English is essential
- Experience working remotely considered a plus
