Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant-eCommerce & Inventory Control.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Manage all general ledger activity for eCommerce transactions and reconcile data with payment processors
- Maintain and enhance internal accounting controls and support audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting (CPA preferred but not required)
- 5-7+ years of experience in senior accounting roles, with at least 3 years focused on eCommerce and inventory accounting
- Deep understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close processes
- Proficient in QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, and Excel
- Experience in processing AP/AR and knowledge of sales tax compliance
