Senior Agile Program Operations Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Agile Program Operations Specialist to enhance collaboration between business stakeholders and software development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve Enterprise Agile Planning tools and processes
- Manage the rollout of updates and changes from third-party tool vendors
- Develop and maintain reporting systems to support software development operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 6+ years of experience in an Agile environment, such as a Scrum Master or Agile PMO role
- Understanding of Lean Agile Methodology and Scaled Agile frameworks like SAFe
- Deep experience with Jira and Excel
- Experience with BI platforms such as Looker
