Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Leaders to enhance process efficiency and identify improvement opportunities
• Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for the sales team
• Develop reports and dashboards to track KPIs and sales metrics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel or Gsheets
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
