Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Auditor, Call Center Quality - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and assess customer interactions of Call Center Associates to ensure service excellence
  • Document agent performance using a Quality Management System and highlight compliance issues
  • Assist in training staff and developing quality guidelines and procedural manuals
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of progressive work experience in Quality Assurance/Auditing, Call Center, or Customer Service
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Preferred: 5-7 years of progressive work experience in Quality Assurance/Auditing, Call Center, or Customer Service
  • Preferred: Managed Care experience
