Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr Auditor, Call Center Quality - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess customer interactions of Call Center Associates to ensure service excellence
- Document agent performance using a Quality Management System and highlight compliance issues
- Assist in training staff and developing quality guidelines and procedural manuals
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of progressive work experience in Quality Assurance/Auditing, Call Center, or Customer Service
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Preferred: 5-7 years of progressive work experience in Quality Assurance/Auditing, Call Center, or Customer Service
- Preferred: Managed Care experience
