Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst (Leave Administrator) to oversee the leave of absence process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the US leave of absence process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for managers, employees, HR, and payroll regarding leave management
  • Research, develop, and implement new benefit programs while overseeing vendor relationships and administrative activities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
  • Five or more years of experience in leave and benefits administration
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of HRIS software (UKG) or other HCM systems preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to implement new processes and initiatives
