Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst (Leave Administrator) to oversee the leave of absence process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the US leave of absence process, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
- Serve as the primary point of contact for managers, employees, HR, and payroll regarding leave management
- Research, develop, and implement new benefit programs while overseeing vendor relationships and administrative activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
- Five or more years of experience in leave and benefits administration
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of HRIS software (UKG) or other HCM systems preferred
- Demonstrated ability to implement new processes and initiatives
