Senior Benefits Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst to support the International Human Resources team in managing global benefits and total rewards programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer global benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws
• Serve as the point of contact for brokers, administrators, and insurance carriers, addressing employee inquiries and issues
• Develop and implement new benefit offerings and provide strategic consultation to HR and management regarding benefits competitiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience with benefits and plans outside the U.S
• Comprehensive knowledge of international benefits laws and best practices
• Project management experience with cross-functional knowledge in HR, Payroll, and Finance
• Technical skills in MS Office and HRIS, with Workday experience preferred
