Senior Benefits Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Benefits to oversee benefits program management and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage benefits programs, conduct market research, and ensure competitiveness and compliance
- Prepare materials for committee meetings and communicate benefits regulations to team members
- Develop communication strategies to educate employees about benefits and analyze program performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in benefits program development and administration or a related Bachelor's degree
- Comprehensive understanding of US and global benefits administration
- Experience with Leave of Absence, 401k, and retirement schemes
- Strong program and vendor performance management experience
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to benefits compliance
