Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and validate business and technology requirements to define project scope and metrics
• Create systems and business process models, specifications, and documentation for developers and project teams
• Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) and monitor IT service levels specified in service-level agreements (SLAs)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
• 4 - 6 years of related experience or equivalent experience
• Experience with data processing and knowledge of healthcare payer business functions is desired
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development and Software Development Life Cycle
• Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
