Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to support their New Service Introduction team.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in product Go-To-Market launches, including Lead to Cash and Subscription Billing
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements for system changes in product launches
• Lead system and user acceptance testing, manage project plans, and communicate status to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or equivalent
• 12-15 years of experience analyzing business requirements and developing process flows
• 8+ years of experience managing projects in dynamic environments
• Experience in Order to Cash areas including CPQ, eCommerce, and Billing
• Familiarity with supporting technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, and Salesforce
