Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Claims Administrator to analyze and investigate claims for compliance and timely benefit payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and adjudicate life, annuity, and critical illness claims to ensure accurate payments
  • Respond to inquiries from agents, policyholders, and beneficiaries regarding claims and benefits
  • Process complex beneficiary and ownership changes and approve waivers for life and disability policies


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or equivalent experience
  • Three years of experience in life, annuity, and/or health claims
  • LOMA and/or International Claims Association (ICA) certifications preferred
  • Strong knowledge of claims processing regulations and tax legalities
  • Good knowledge of medical and legal terminology
