Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Client Success to oversee the client experience throughout the revenue cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize revenue performance and streamline operations
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to enhance revenue and reduce costs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or client success roles
- Strong knowledge of RCM processes, including billing and coding
- Proficiency in utilizing EMR systems and analytic tools
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations such as HIPAA and CMS guidelines
