Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Client Success to oversee the client experience throughout the revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize revenue performance and streamline operations
  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to enhance revenue and reduce costs

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or client success roles
  • Strong knowledge of RCM processes, including billing and coding
  • Proficiency in utilizing EMR systems and analytic tools
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations such as HIPAA and CMS guidelines
