Job Summary
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Senior Clinical Quality Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform telephonic, patient-centered clinical consults focusing on assessments and transitions of care
- Educate patients on health conditions and assist with appointment scheduling for necessary screenings
- Document all calls and actions taken within core systems while adhering to established protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license with a compact license
- 4+ years of RN experience, including managed care settings
- 2+ years of experience in HEDIS/Star programs and call center experience
- Proven solid knowledge of Medicare HEDIS/Stars measures
- Experience with data analysis and quality chart reviews
