Senior Collections Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Collections Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable aging and designated account portfolio from setup to cash collections
• Mitigate delinquent customer scenarios while maintaining customer satisfaction
• Forecast cash collections, review service orders contracts, and resolve billing disputes

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Collections, Billing, or Accounts Receivable
• Expertise in Excel, Word, and G-Suite
• Prior experience with ERP tools and systems
• Ability to work independently and guide a team under pressure
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
