Key Responsibilities

Monitor accounts receivable and identify overdue accounts
Contact customers to collect overdue amounts or negotiate payment plans
Maintain records of customer contacts and payments collected

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Prior collections experience
Familiarity with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
Advanced knowledge of NetSuite and Salesforce
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Bachelor's degree preferred
