Senior Commercial Claims Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Claims & Litigation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations and evaluate coverage, liability, and resolution strategies
• Engage and collaborate with defense counsel in handling lawsuits
• Manage litigation expenses and ensure compliance with billing guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6 years of claims handling experience, or an Associate degree with 8 years, or a high school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience required
• Strong knowledge of tort/contract law and complex commercial claims handling required
• Litigation claim handling experience preferred
• Preferred designations include AIC, CPCU, SCLA, or CIC
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required
