Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide code-level assistance and troubleshoot issues for customers

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing or technical documentation role
  • Foundational knowledge of various frontend frameworks
  • Experience with JavaScript and React
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
  • Experience working in public and engaging with customers
