Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing or technical documentation role
- Foundational knowledge of various frontend frameworks
- Experience with JavaScript and React
- Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
- Experience working in public and engaging with customers
