Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Compensation Partner to provide expertise in sales compensation and support global compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with various teams to support the design and implementation of compensation programs
  • Conduct market research and internal analysis to identify needs and priorities for compensation solutions
  • Lead compensation-related activities, including annual compensation reviews and compliance with legal requirements

Required Qualifications
  • Relevant experience in a global compensation function with a focus on sales compensation practices
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing pay and equity structures in publicly traded companies
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google suite for data analysis
  • Experience with HRIS systems, such as Workday
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
