Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Associate Consultant, ELM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate requirements gathering and prepare documentation for legal technology projects
- Support client business process reviews and transform business requirements into technical specifications
- Manage project scope, schedules, and client relationships while contributing to business development efforts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in the legal or consulting industry
- 3+ years of experience in legal technology, especially with ELM/eBilling and Matter Management tools
- Four-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Understanding of the implementation process, including requirement analysis and change management
- Project management experience, including managing tasks and resources on technology implementation projects
