Senior Consultant, Lender Relations
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Consultant in Federal Financial Services focusing on Program Operations and Lender Relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Lender Relations team by addressing complex lender issues and preparing training materials
- Interface with clients to refine loan system requirements and recommend enhancements
- Collaborate with project management and technology teams on training, user experience, and change management
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in small business lending, including loan operations or loan systems
- Strong network of lenders in the small business sector
- Experience with testing and implementation of lending platforms is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
