Senior Contract Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Lead Contract Analyst to evaluate and negotiate custom contracts with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales opportunities to final contract execution for strategic and financial accounts
• Ensure consistent application of terms and conditions in custom contracts
• Minimize operational and financial risk exposure in custom contracts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience; Master's or Law degree preferred
• Minimum ten years' experience in large, complex customer negotiations and contract drafting
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Knowledge of the competitive telecommunications and IT outsourcing industry
• Experience in project management and contract language development under pressure
