Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Contract Management Professional to evaluate, draft, and negotiate contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, draft, and negotiate various contracts and related documents
- Advise stakeholders on contractual risks and assist in issue resolution
- Support merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities through contract review
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in writing and negotiating contracts in a highly regulated industry
- Ability to communicate with operational and market leadership to understand service requirements
- JD from an accredited law school (preferred)
- Healthcare industry background and experience with HIPAA and Medicaid (preferred)
