Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Communications Manager Senior to focus on executive communications and change management communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and execution of the global HR internal communications strategy
  • Write and edit communications for the CHRO, including emails, presentations, and intranet content
  • Collaborate with HR functions to support global HR communications initiatives and manage content for HR All Hands meetings

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or change management
  • Experience with executive communications and working closely with senior leaders
  • Proven ability to implement successful change and engagement experiences in a global organization
  • Experience in producing creative multichannel communications strategies and content
  • Familiarity with communications measurement and optimization
