Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Creative Designer.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage graphic design tasks from concept to completion across various media
- Collaborate in the ideation process for multimedia cross-platform campaigns
- Provide mentorship to junior designers and oversee the creative process to align designs with client objectives
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5-10+ years of agency or in-house experience with a strong portfolio
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior team members
- Experience in culture, lifestyle, branding, and communications
- Entrepreneurial spirit with initiative to propose new ideas
- Experience with politics and non-profits is an asset
