Senior CRM Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior CRM Manager to lead email and SMS operations and enhance customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a CRM acquisition strategy to drive customer engagement and product marketing effectiveness
- Plan and execute email and SMS campaigns to support conversion and upsell opportunities
- Analyze customer behavior with insights from data science teams to improve audience segmentation and marketing automation
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in email marketing and CRM systems
- Familiarity with CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, and inbox deliverability best practices
- Basic HTML skills for email template modifications
- Intermediate knowledge of business intelligence & analytics tools
- Experience in DTC, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses is preferred
