Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders within the supplemental education accounts portfolio
  • Develop and implement engagement plans to prioritize retention and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify growth opportunities and monitor account health

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience, account management, or program management
  • Experience in process management
  • Experience in strategic analysis and cross-functional collaboration
  • Master's Degree or MBA preferred
