Senior DB2 LUW and PostgreSQL DBA

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior DB2 LUW and Postgres Database Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, enhance, and build client Db2 LUW and EDB PostgreSQL environments
• Collaborate with clients on projects, troubleshooting, and consultations
• Perform software installations, upgrades, and patches for Db2 LUW and PostgreSQL instances

Required Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in Db2 LUW Database administration
• Over 2 years of experience in PostgreSQL Database administration
• Experience in Database migration from Oracle/MSSQL/Db2 LUW to PostgreSQL
• Solid understanding of Database technology and performance tuning
• Experience with Unix/Linux OS platform and Unix Shell scripting
