Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer responsible for designing, building, and supporting MacOS and Windows 11 platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain a large fleet of MacOS and Windows devices
- Package applications and secure operating systems while ensuring compliance with security standards
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and analyze data to improve system performance
Required Qualifications and Education
- Expert level knowledge managing MacOS devices with Jamf or Kandji
- Expert level knowledge of Intune and strong skills in application packaging
- Proficiency in Bash, Python, and PowerShell scripting
- Experience managing several thousand endpoints in a medium or large enterprise
- Significant experience with solution delivery from design through post-project support
